L. Steven Zukerman, MD, FACC
Dr. Zukerman began his education at the Northwestern University, Evanston, IL. He then continued on to the Chicago Medical School, Chicago, IL.
Dr. Zukerman completed his Internal Medicine Internship at the McGaw Medical Center of Northwestern University, Evanston, IL. He completed his Internal Medicine Residency at the Medical College of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, PA. Dr. Zukerman also completed his Cardiology Fellowship and his Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology training at the Medical College of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, PA.
Dr. Zukerman has been an Attending Physician at Jersey Shore Medical Center, Neptune, NJ, since 1987, and he is the Director of the Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology Laboratory.
He has also been an Attending Physician at CentraState Medical Center, Freehold, NJ, since 1987. Dr. Zukerman has also been an Attending Physician at Monmouth Medical Center since 1996.
Dr. Zukerman is certified by the National Board of Medical Examiners, the American Board of Internal Medicine, and the American Board of Internal Medicine, Subspecialty in Cardiovascular Disease.
Dr. Zukerman is a Fellow of the American College of Physicians, the American College of Cardiology, and a member of the North American Society of Pacing & Electrophysiology, and the American Heart Association.
Dr. Zukerman serves as the Cardio-Oncology Medical Director at Jersey Shore University Medical Center.
