Alexey Tatusov, MD Monmouth Cardiology Associates

Alexey Tatusov, MD earned his bachelor’s degree in Biology from Boston University and his medical degree from Drexel University College of Medicine. He completed his internal medicine residency at Hahnemann Hospital/Drexel University in Philadelphia. Following his training in internal medicine he completed a fellowship in cardiovascular disease at Albany Medical Center in New York.


He subsequently worked as a non-invasive cardiologist in Pennsylvania until joining Monmouth Cardiology Associates in 2021. In his role as a non-invasive cardiologist, he provides guidance on treatment of a wide variety of conditions including congestive heart failure, valvular heart disease, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, coronary artery disease and cardiac arrhythmias.


He is board certified in Internal Medicine and Cardiovascular Disease by the American Board of Internal Medicine. He is also board certified in Echocardiography and Nuclear Cardiology.
He has a special interest in preventative cardiology, hyperlipidemia, treatment of coronary artery disease and adult echocardiography. He strongly believes in an individualized approach to cardiovascular care and emphasizes compassion, respect, and shared decision-making with his patients
