An important message to our Patients regarding CentraState Medical Center
Dear Patients,
Please be advised that, effective July 1, 2022, Monmouth Cardiology Associates, LLC will no longer be seeing patients at CentraState Medical Center. We feel that going forward our physician’s skills would be better utilized at a local tertiary care university medical facility that can offer most of the advanced cardiac care and services that our patients have a right to expect. These advances in cardiology have been dramatic and continue to this day and are all available locally at Jersey Shore University Medical Center which will be our primary facility.
We recognize and regret the inconvenience this will cause some of our patients, however, concentrating our care at a local full-service facility will allow our tradition of excellence to continue. We have made arrangements with the physicians of both the Heart Specialists of Central Jersey and Change of Heart Cardiology to provide cardiology coverage for our patients that need to go to CentraState Medical Center or, if needed, to arrange for a transfer to our physicians at Jersey Shore University Medical Center.
Of course, if you need medical attention in an emergency, call 911 and go to the nearest facility.
For outpatient care, we will continue to see patients at our Eatontown, Freehold and Monroe offices.
