A Message from Dr. Brett Sealove to his Patients
Dear Valued Patient,
It is with a heavy heart that I share some personal news. After dedicating myself to your care for more than 15 years at Monmouth Cardiology Associates, I have made the difficult decision to transition from private practice to a new role in hospital administration. Starting July 1st, I will lead the Department of Cardiology at Jersey Shore University Medical Center and oversee Cardiology for the Southern Region at Hackensack Meridian Health.
This decision was not easy. My passion for providing personalized care to each of you has always been at the core of who I am as a physician. Over the years, I have been privileged to share some of your most challenging and rewarding moments. I have listened to your stories, celebrated your triumphs, and stood with you through adversity. You have allowed me the honor of being a part of your lives, and for that, I am profoundly grateful.
A deep commitment to the future of cardiology drives this next chapter in my career. In my new role, I hope to amplify the quality of care for countless patients across the region, drawing on the lessons I’ve learned from all of you. However, leaving private practice - especially you, my patients - has made this one of the most challenging decisions I’ve ever made.
While I may no longer be your doctor, you will remain in my thoughts and my heart. The relationships we have built and the trust you have placed in me have been among the greatest gifts of my life. I hope the care and guidance I’ve provided will serve you well as you continue your journey toward health and well-being.
I will ensure the transition is seamless, leaving you in excellent care with my colleagues at Monmouth Cardiology. If you have an appointment booked after July 1, 2025, the staff will contact you to reschedule the appointment with another provider. In the event you do not have a future appointment scheduled, please call the office and use the Dr. Sealove rescheduling line and a staff member will assist you.
It has truly been an honor and privilege to be your cardiologist.
With heartfelt gratitude and best wishes,
Brett Sealove
