Richard Tangel, M.D.
Dr. Tangel received his Doctor of Medicine from Pennsylvania State College of Medicine, Hershey, PA. He completed an Internal Medicine Residency and Cardiology Fellowship at Rutgers University \u2013 Robert Wood Johnson Medical School, New Brunswick, N.J.
At Yale University - Yale New Haven Hospital, New Haven, CT., Dr. Tangel completed an Advanced Cardiac Imaging Program for Level III Echocardiography and Structural Echocardiography. He is currently completing an Advanced Cardiac Imaging Program for Nuclear, Cardiac CT and Cardiac MRI at Columbia University - Columbia University Irving Medical Center, New York, N.Y.
Dr. Tangel has been appointed as the Director of Echocardiography at Jersey Shore University Medical Center.
